Paul has more than 18 years patent and trade mark experience specialising in trade marks, licensing, enforcement and medical and veterinary technologies. Paul’s experience includes 10 years as a practising veterinary surgeon and 3 years as a commercial and litigation solicitor before he joined Fisher Adams Kelly in 1996.
Paul’s contribution to the industry extends beyond direct client work. He has held the position as trustee and Queensland Regional Chairperson of the Licensing Executives Society Australia & New Zealand. He is currently a Committee Member of the LESANZ Committee (Queensland Chapter) and was on the Queensland Committee for the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand. Paul also regularly attends international and domestic conferences to contribute his experience, knowledge and opinions to debates that shape the future of the intellectual property landscape.
